Terme Acqua Dolce accepts Cash, Check, Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Return Policy:
You can return any product with proof of purchase within 14 days for a full credit to your credit card or an exchange for another product or service.

Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to change into a robe and fill out an information sheet.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled less than 5 hours in advance will be charged to your credit card on file.

Gratuities and Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not reflect taxes or gratuities. If you feel that your therapist did an exceptional job, gratuities are always appreciated immensely by our staff. Envelopes are available at the desk or you can add a gratuity to your credit card.

Our Etiquette Policy:
We reserve the right to end services based on inappropriate behavior. In private, our Manager will request you to leave the Spa. We will require you to pay for the remainder of your service(s).
